FOODTONE Food Delivery Application Terms and Conditions

8. Payment and Pricing

Payment for services is processed through third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds for the transaction. FOODTONE is not liable for any issues with third-party payment services.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before confirmation by the restaurant or delivery service. Once the order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

10. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the restaurant’s or delivery provider’s policies. FOODTONE is not responsible for processing refunds on behalf of third-party services.

11. Technical Issues

FOODTONE is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or downtime that may occur with the App or your device. We will make efforts to maintain service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Security Risks

FOODTONE cannot guarantee the complete security of your personal information during transmission over the internet. While we use encryption, you acknowledge that security breaches can occur.

13. User Conduct
